Verify, Inc. is seeking a hands-on specialist to strengthen First Article Inspection support for aerospace engine assemblies. You will trace requirements from drawings through manufacturing planning, ensuring accurate FAI documentation and complete traceability.

The role emphasizes working with multi-sheet drawings, BOMs, and operation sheets, while maintaining meticulous records and clear communication with engineering and planning teams. This is an in-person, on-site position in Evendale, OH.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing and/or Quality.
• Ability to interpret multi-sheet assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions.
• Strong Excel and computer skills for data handling and verification.
• Willingness to work occasional swing shifts, second shifts, or weekends (~10%).
• Experience with complex mechanical assemblies is highly preferred.

• Perform detailed print-to-plan reviews comparing product definitions against BOMs and MES records.
• Verify part number references, quantities, torque, lubrication, and drawing notes against assembly operations.
• Use DISCUS to balloon drawings and prepare characteristic data for FAI upload.
• Build and maintain Excel records linking drawing requirements to planning and verification evidence.
• Coordinate with customer planning and engineering to confirm clarifications and updates.
• Maintain traceability of requirements, revisions, and open items.
• Submit deliverables for customer review and communicate progress.
