NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Firmware Verification and Bringup Engineer to join the Memory Subsystem Team in Santa Clara. You will own bare-metal firmware bring-up, validate firmware with RTL behavior, and drive pre- and post-silicon verification across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in low-level firmware, strong C/C++/Python skills, and hands-on debugging with SystemVerilog/UVM. Experience with AI-assisted flows is a plus, and Windows/Linux familiarity is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in low-level firmware design and verification.
• Hands-on debugging of bare-metal firmware in RTL/SystemVerilog/UVM.
• Strong C/C++/Python coding and data structures.
• Experience with PC systems, Windows and Linux.
• Experience developing firmware with AI agents is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Bare-metal firmware development for NVLINK-C2C, validate and debug firmware and silicon bring-up.
• Collaborate in pre-silicon firmware development and testing.
• Drive silicon bring-up, feature enablement and debugging.
• Triage and resolve firmware issues during bring-up.
• Debug hardware/firmware interactions, boot/training/silicon issues; root-cause and fixes.
• Develop and maintain automation and AI-assisted flows.
• Work with system software, RTL design, DV, emulation and post-silicon teams.
• Refine interface bring-up and validation strategy.
