Textron Systems is seeking a Firmware Systems Engineer II/III to join our defense-focused team. You will conduct systems engineering for complex electronic systems with firmware/ software control, translating customer needs into requirements and collaborating with cross-functional engineers to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Ability to interface professionally with customers and new customers.
• Model Based Systems Engineering to develop SysML models in Cameo/MagicDraw and DOORS for requirements management is preferred.
• Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal direction.
• An existing U.S. Security Clearance is desired; ability to obtain one is required.

• Perform systems engineering for complex electronic systems with Firmware/Software command and control from design to production.
• Translate customer needs into functional/technical requirements for firmware/software design.
• Model and analyze system architecture, decomposition, and trade studies.
