Job summary

Ampere Computing LLC is seeking a visionary Firmware/Software Test & Validation Architect to define and guide the validation strategy across firmware, drivers, OS, AI runtimes, and applications post-silicon. You will establish robust QA for our Arm-based reference platforms and lead a cross-functional effort to ensure performance, reliability, and customer enablement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in embedded software/firmware test, verification, or validation with leadership experience.
• Expertise in architecting test/validation strategies for complex SoC/hardware platforms.
• Experience with HIL/SIL simulation environments for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching test and validation strategy for Firmware, Software, System, and Reference Solution layers.
• Architect end-to-end test infrastructure, frameworks, and methodologies across firmware/software layers.
• Lead integration of Continuous Testing pipelines and define fault-injection testing methodologies.
• Provide mentorship to Firmware Verification, Software Verification, System Integration & Test, and Solution Validation teams.
