Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered and operating in Rancho Cordova, CA, seeks a Firmware Engineer to join our Data Center Engineering team. You will contribute to cutting-edge 3D-NAND and SSD firmware, working with NVMe, PCIe, SATA, and SAS interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and implement low-level firmware architectures, collaborate with hardware/ASIC teams, and participate in Agile development. Hybrid work model in a global, inclusive culture offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software or firmware development in embedded systems with C/C++/Rust.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, document, and maintain firmware source code in C/C++/Rust.
• Analyze and develop firmware per internal and external specifications.
• Perform unit and system level testing including failure analysis and debugging.
