Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Senior Firmware Engineer to design, develop and maintain embedded software for power electronics systems. You will collaborate with electrical, systems and hardware teams to deliver real-time control for UPS, BMS, ESS and inverters.

Must have 5+ years of firmware experience, strong Embedded C in Linux environments, RTOS exposure, and hands-on debugging with CAN/RS485/SPI/I2C interfaces. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
Experience developing software in Linux-based environments.
Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
Hands-on debugging embedded systems and hardware integrations.
Experience with CAN, RS485, SPI, and I2C interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for advanced power electronic systems
Develop real-time software using Embedded C within Linux-based environments
Implement and support firmware on RTOS platforms
Develop and optimize control algorithms for system performance and reliability
Troubleshoot firmware, hardware, and system-level issues
Support hardware integration, validation, and product testing activities
Implement and maintain communication protocols including CAN, RS485, SPI, and I2C
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, manufacturing, systems engineering, and quality
Support both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives for existing products
