Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 2+ years of firmware shipping experience.
• Strong C/C++ and Rust skills for embedded systems.
• Experience with Cortex-M/R, multi-core memory optimization, and bare-metal targets.
• Familiarity with I2C/UART/SPI/CAN/Ethernet protocols and debugging tools.
• Ability to design safety‑critical firmware with hardware interfaces and CI/CD.
• Proof of ability to ship high-quality firmware at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement real‑time control firmware for power electronics.
• Develop low‑level drivers for MCU peripherals and multi‑core architectures.
• Collaborate with controls engineers to translate theory into deterministic code.
• Maintain build procedures and CI/CD integration for testable, verifiable software.
• Profile and optimize code to meet latency and reliability targets.
• Contribute to product scaling from prototype to mass production.
