Qualifications

• Experience in embedded programming on microcontrollers (C/C++).
• Experience with ARM Cortex M4/M55 cores.
• Experience with debugging tools for embedded code.
• Familiar with IDEs and MPLAB/Keil/Visual Studio tools.
• Hardware interfaces I2C/SPI/UART/USB.
• Crypto hardware security AES/HASH/ECC knowledge.
• Hands-on FPGA or development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Firmware architecture: define and outline the basic firmware architecture per specification.
• Develops code for new products and maintains/modifies code for existing products in embedded C/C++.
• Maintain software design documentation.
• Write test reports for newly added feature sets.
• Develop base features for unit testing the feature additions.
• Set firmware guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure part production readiness.
• Identify and mitigate development risks and produce development plans.
• Conduct software requirements analysis, risk analysis, and performance analysis.
