Qualifications

• Advising senior executives and agency leadership on firearms enforcement, firearms technology, regulatory requirements, and operational policy.
• Leading and directing complex firearms programs and initiatives with strategic priorities, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Analyzing emerging firearms technologies and trends and their impact on enforcement, regulation, investigations, and public safety.
• Coordinating programs across boundaries with senior officials from federal, state, local, tribal, and international law enforcement.
• Evaluating complex firearms issues and developing comprehensive recommendations considering authorities, policy, operations, and public safety.
