Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Lieutenant or higher.
• NIMS ICS or a NFA course meeting NIMS ICS (100, 200 & 700).

Responsibilities

• Conduces fire department training and ensures current and effective training.
• Coordinates, implements, and delivers fire department training programs and activities.
• Supervises and evaluates recruits during orientation for proficiency in firefighting, medical, special operations, and community risk reduction.
• Coordinates and supervises the training activities of Platoon Training Officers.
