Responsibilities include routine system inspections, testing, and performing maintenance on sprinkler components, pumps, and control systems, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of wet, dry and pre-action fire sprinkler systems to identify issues per NFPA 25 requirements
• Prepare detailed inspection and test reports documenting findings, deficiencies and non-compliance
• Test and evaluate system functionality of sprinkler heads, valves, piping, pumps and control systems
• Inspect piping, fittings and connections for corrosion, leaks or damage; recommend repairs or replacements
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing damaged components, cleaning pipes and heads, lubricating parts and adjusting settings
• Test fire pump assemblies including flow rates, pressure and mechanical integrity
• Respond to service calls and emergencies to restore system functionality
• Document all service activities and parts usage in the Service Trade platform
• Work with Deficiency Sellers to provide inspection reports, material needs and repair estimates
• Interact professionally with clients to schedule work and discuss findings and recommendations
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators to optimize work orders, materials and scheduling
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety protocols
