Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in fire sprinkler work, 3+ years of project management, and strong MS Office skills; NICET certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fire sprinkler experience required.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• NICET Water-Based Systems certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage new installations of water-based fire sprinkler systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and standards; identify value engineering opportunities.
• Handle material buyout and product selection.
• Schedule and coordinate labor with office and field personnel.
• Document control, contract scope reviews, and maintain project records.
• Participate in weekly design and project management meetings.
