Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Fire Sprinkler Division in Waco, TX. This on-site, permanent role requires overseeing the full lifecycle of fire sprinkler projects, from bidding to execution, with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management for fire sprinkler systems, a valid RME-G license, and strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in construction project management, fire sprinkler systems.
• Valid RME-G license.
• Experience leading large-scale projects.
• Proficient with NFPA codes for fire sprinkler systems.
• Strong bidding and estimation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• PM software proficiency.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler projects from planning to closure.
• Lead project team and foster collaborative environment.
• Prepare project estimates and bids ensuring competitiveness.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage client, stakeholder, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk management and implement preventative measures.
• Review designs and plans for projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular project reviews and reports for executives.
