McMillen, Inc. is looking for a talented Fire Protection Project Manager based in Denver, Colorado. This role involves overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fire protection engineering, have at least 15 years in project management, and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. This position also offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $230,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering and project management.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with strong client-facing skills.
• Fire Protection Professional Engineering Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex fire protection engineering projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage all phases of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
