McMillen, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Fire Protection Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring technical compliance and fostering strong client relationships.

This role requires 15–18 years of fire protection engineering experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The compensation package ranges from $140,000 to $230,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering and project management.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Fire Protection Professional Engineering Licensure.
• Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of fire protection engineering projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage all phases of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide technical leadership in fire protection system design.
