McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Project Manager/Engineer in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will oversee projects from concept through completion, providing technical expertise and client engagement. Responsibilities include leading project planning, managing delivery phases, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications involve a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and extensive experience in fire protection engineering. The compensation ranges from $140,000 to $230,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of progressive experience in fire protection engineering and project management.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Fire Protection Professional Engineering Licensure.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, NESC, UL, UFC and UFGS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex fire protection engineering projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Manage all phases of project delivery including scope, budget, and schedule.
