SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC is seeking a Design Manager to lead onsite fire protection and life safety projects. You will oversee design and implementation of fire safety solutions, coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams, and ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced design skills in AutoCAD, AutoSPRINK, and Revit, and a track record of delivering on-time, high-quality designs in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in designing fire protection and life safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and local codes.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoSPRINK, and Revit.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of fire protection and life safety systems for onsite projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to develop tailored fire safety solutions that meet project requirements and safety objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation and adherence to safety standards.
• Stay current with industry advancements, codes, and regulations related to fire protection and life safety systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support staff.
