Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our Westminster office. You will work with a multi-discipline team on fire protection design, code analyses, and life-safety projects, growing professionally in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a fire protection engineering degree (or related field with relevant experience) and can obtain PE within two years. In-person work Mon–Fri in Westminster, CO is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fire protection engineering/consulting experience
• PE within 2 years or NICET Level III/IV considered
• US Security clearance eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze fire protection systems and life-safety concepts.
• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team in Westminster, CO.
• Prepare performance-based designs and fire protection system analyses.
