Qualifications

• Experience of 10+ years in fire protection design for new construction and renovation.
• ABET-accredited degree in fire protection or mechanical engineering with PE in Fire Protection.
• PE license required for fire protection engineering in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent fire protection engineering design support for NAVFAC projects at Norfolk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other disciplines to ensure system integration and compliance with DoD standards.
• Prepare analyses and reports; lead teams and manage project schedules and budgets.
