Qualifications
- Two-year electronics degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- NICET Level II certification.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customers' service-related issues promptly and communicates needs effectively to all parties involved.
- Test, troubleshoot, program fire alarm systems and complete documentation per industry codes and standards.
- Hand and computer-program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
- Follow all DynaFire policies and procedures.
- Train and instruct customers on proper equipment use.
- Operate test equipment: Volt Meter, Ohm Meter, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Tone Generator, Battery Tester.
