Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to autonomously service and maintain fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, and construction sites. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, code-compliant repairs, and precise documentation.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 3+ years in fire and life safety, with NICET Level I or higher preferred. Strong problem solving and customer communication are essential for success in this field-based position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fire and life safety as a technician.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm systems independently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Complete standard service calls without direct supervision.
• Interpret system drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to perform required tasks.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.
