Midwest Alarm Services is seeking an Experienced Fire Alarm Technician for our Jackson, MI area. The role requires NICET II certification within 2 years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain state licenses for security work.

Qualifications

• Install, service and maintain commercial fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Must hold NICET II Certification within 2 years of employment.
• Must meet state licenses/certifications for security industry work.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair electronic life safety systems and peripherals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and document actions.
• Test systems and devices to ensure proper function and customer satisfaction.
• Program or reprogram systems using software/tools.
• Maintain and operate company vehicles and keep logs up to date.
• Complete daily paperwork and coordinate with departments.
