The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Fire Alarm Service Technician to lead complex inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs of fire alarm systems. You will mentor technicians and coordinate with service teams to ensure safety and reliability.

This role requires deep knowledge of NFPA codes, diagnostic skills, and the ability to communicate findings to customers. You will document work, support service coordination, and drive high-quality service delivery while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading fire alarm inspections and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and train staff.
• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections and testing of fire alarm components for code compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings, test results and deficiencies.
• Diagnose complex malfunctions and perform advanced repairs.
• Lead responses to priority service calls and emergencies.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend system life and reliability.
• Document all service activities using the ServiceTrade platform.
• Coordinate with service team to optimize work orders and scheduling.
