FSS Technologies is seeking a Senior Installation Technician to lead complex fire alarm installations, solve tough technical problems, and mentor apprentices and associates. You will make sure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

The Senior Technician leads complex installations, provides advanced troubleshooting, and mentors apprentices and associates. This role ensures projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of fire system installation experience.
• NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of code compliance and system integration.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of advanced fire alarm systems.
• Mentor and train apprentices and associates on technical skills.
• Ensure installations meet NFPA, state, and local codes.
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and customers.
• Provide advanced diagnostics and problem resolution.
