The role emphasizes engagement planning, risk assessment, and maintaining audit quality while supporting client interactions and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years in internal or external audit, banking or fintech risk.
• Strong understanding of fintech operations, banking operations, COSO and audit methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit engagements across banking and fintech functions.
• Plan, coordinate and execute audit testing and walkthroughs.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls; identify risks.
• Review workpapers for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget; mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and present audit reports with observations and recommendations.
• Support client communications and engagement planning.
