Job summary

FINTECH Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a leading FinTech / Private Equity tech platform with EU HQ in Munich. You will own the SDLC, drive KPI-based product improvements, and coordinate internal and external teams to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, strong UI/UX skills, and a data-driven mindset. English is required; German is a plus. Office in Munich with competitive salary and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in Software Product Management.
Degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, Design, or equivalent with digital KPI tracking.
Ability to translate inputs into a product development roadmap.

Responsibilities

Manage SDLC for core Fintech platform.
Capture and prioritize requirements from business leaders and client staff.
Measure client engagement with KPI tracking and feedback loop to product development.
Elaborate and record all business requirements and design paths.
Incorporate high-quality UI/UX into software design.
Coordinate internal and external resources for development.
Handoff and prioritize requirements to development teams.
Oversee Software QA to ensure release quality.
Manage release planning for frequent, high-quality enhancements.
