With 5+ years in software development, you will mentor juniors, communicate with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes and code quality in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment with some in-office

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong pragmatism and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
• Identify process efficiencies and quality improvements to promote continuous improvement.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Share product insights with stakeholders and challenge product decisions.
• Communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational challenges clearly and concisely, and propose thorough, iterative solutions.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team and contributing to technical, design, and retrospective discussions.

Responsibilities

• Create and design modular, scalable, testable, and performant systems with well-defined endpoints using software engineering best practices.
• Identify root causes of system issues and determine short- and long-term resolutions.
• Ship new products quickly, gather feedback, and improve subsequent iterations.
• Contribute across the entire software lifecycle.
