Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and optimize Generative AI and multimodal foundation models for enterprise fintech applications.

You will fine-tune models, lead experiments on accuracy and fairness, and deploy on cloud pipelines with Databricks and Snowflake. Strong Python and ML libraries are required, along with experience in MLOps and containerization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Proven expertise with LLMs, transformer architectures, transfer learning, and fine-tuning.
• Strong Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Transformers libraries proficiency.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Generative AI, LLM, and multimodal foundation models for enterprise fintech applications.
• Fine-tune or adapt open-source and proprietary models.
• Lead experiments to evaluate model accuracy, scalability, and fairness; deploy models on cloud-based ML pipelines.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies; evaluate new AI technologies and responsible AI frameworks.
• Drive POCs and innovation initiatives to enhance AI capabilities and product differentiation.
