You will design, fine-tune, and deploy models in cloud pipelines, work with large fintech datasets, and lead responsible AI practices.

This onsite contract role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to push state-of-the-art AI for payments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/ML/AI or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Proven expertise with LLMs, transformer architectures, transfer learning, and fine-tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and ML libraries such as Transformers.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps tools.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and optimize Generative AI and foundation models for enterprise fintech.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary models for NLP, document intelligence, anomaly detection, risk scoring.
• Lead experiments to assess accuracy, scalability, and fairness; deploy models on Azure/AWS ML pipelines and data platforms.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across the payments and financial ecosystem.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
• Evaluate and operationalize new AI technologies and responsible AI frameworks.
• Drive POCs and innovation initiatives to differentiate products.
