Job summary

Marsh in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Advisor in our FINPRO practice. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers exposure to a best-in-class team delivering expert broking and risk management solutions for complex clients.

You will develop understanding of clients' priorities, build relationships with underwriters, and take a lead in renewal and placement strategies, delivering tailored risk advice and client service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience; A&E experience preferred.
• Financial and Professional liability experience a must
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of clients' business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.
• Builds and maintains relationships with underwriters and is involved in placement of sophisticated insurance programs.
• Primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs; delivers policy management and responds to client inquiries.
• Leads renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across zones.
