Ladders is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst for a remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on cloud financial operations, billing optimization, and rate efficiency within a dynamic tech environment.

You will partner with finance, operations, and technical stakeholders to improve spend visibility and drive smarter decisions. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in FinOps or cloud billing, strong analytical and data interpretation skills, and hands-on experience with Azure discount

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on cloud financial operations, with an emphasis on billing optimization, discount instrument analysis, and rate efficiency across a dynamic technology environment. The analyst will partner closely with finance, operations, and technical stakeholders to improve visibility, control spend, and support smarter decision-making. Success in this position will require a strong blend of analytical rigor, operational ownership, and collaborative problem-solving.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize cloud billing discount instruments
• Manage operational activities related to FinOps functions
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the autonomous cloud management system
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making
• Take ownership of challenges and implement solutions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FinOps, complex billing, or cloud operations
