Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Assistant Director of Gwinnett Retirement System – Financial Operations.
• Assist in developing Gwinnett Retirement System annual budget; manage resources within approved guidelines.
• Ensure program resources are managed efficiently; monitor receipts and disbursements.
• Serve as backup to payroll processing and monthly operations in the absence of the Assistant Director.
• Reconcile department transactions, balances, and purchasing card procedures with supporting documents.
• Supervise assigned staff; plan, schedule, and evaluate work and provide career guidance.
