Job summary
Dentons US LLP is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to administer Elite 3E and related financial applications within the IT Financial Systems team. The role partners with Finance to resolve issues, manage changes, and support reporting impacts.
The ideal candidate understands law firm financial processes and has hands-on Elite 3E experience, with strong SQL skills and experience across billing, time-entry, AR, AP, and GL workflows. This role covers Chicago and DC operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting financial systems in professional services.
- Hands-on Elite 3E or comparable system experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Elite 3E and related financial apps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support integrations.
- Support core financial processes: time entry, billing, AR, AP, GL.
- Use SQL to research data and validate corrections.
- Coordinate changes, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Assist with month-end/year-end and reporting impacts.
