Job summary

People, Technology & Processes is seeking a Senior Database Developer to maintain and enhance CTIMS, a Microsoft Access solution linked to multiple DoD financial systems. You will develop tools for staffing workflows, user permissions, and approvals, and integrate CTIMS with GFEBS, DDS, TED, SOCIUM, C2IE, and SharePoint to support auditable financial processes.

You will ensure data integrity, migrate data to SharePoint, and provide training materials for CTIMS users.

Qualifications

Ten years of experience with Microsoft Access, Visual Basic and SQL in a DoD/ government contractor setting.
Knowledge of GFEBS financial systems and fiscal code; file compatibility and integrity checks for CTIMS integration.
Experience integrating CTIMS with multiple financial and workloads systems (GFEBS, DTS, TED, SOCIUM, C2IE, DDS).

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance CTIMS, a Microsoft Access database, to manage 1,400–1,700 multi-year concepts.
Develop CTIMS tools, staffing/workflow, user permissions, queues and approval messaging.
Integrate CTIMS with GFEBS, DDS, TED, SOCIUM, C2IE, Meta Bank and SharePoint; ensure data accuracy and 99% availability.
Migrate prior-year CTIMS data to SharePoint and maintain the CTIMS-SharePoint site.
Provide training materials and train CTIMS users; implement XML import compatibility with TED/SOCIUM.
