Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application administration, or enterprise application support.
• Experience supporting financial services environments such as banking, credit union, fintech, or highly regulated settings.
• Hands-on experience administering a core banking or financial processing platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational needs and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, testing plans, and end-user resources.
• Coordinate and execute application testing related to system updates, enhancements, and implementations.
