Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to oversee and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

The position reports to the Director of Financial Systems. While candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred, remote applicants will also be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage standard Workday administrator tasks, including building reports and dashboards, configuring business process definitions, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and promoting feature adoption, and regression testing new releases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support and transform business processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement proactively and manage the financial system impact of new programs from design through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Ensure data integrity across all system integrations and workflows.
• Provide excellent service with strong interpersonal skills, always considering user experience (UX).
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architectural and functional designs, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage system controls in relation to reporting, audits, and control objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrate a consistent commitment to the company's core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience configuring complex requirements and leading optimization projects, including workflow enhancements, managing integrations, and developing robust reports.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly revenue recognition.

Relativity is committed to equitable compensation practices. This role offers a total compensation package including a competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and long-term incentives.

The salary range for this position is approximately $88,000 to $132,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will consider internal pay equity and other factors. Salary at the top of the range is uncommon to allow for future growth.
