Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred; however, remote applicants will also be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Ownership of standard Workday administrator tasks: building reports and dashboards, configuring business process definitions, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and executing feature adoption, regression testing new releases.
2. Translate business requirements: into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions.
3. Partner cross-functionally: with various stakeholders to support and transform business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement: proactively manage the financial system impact of new programs from design to post-deployment support.
5. Maintain data integrity: across all system integrations and workflows.
6. Service-oriented approach: with strong interpersonal skills, always considering user experience (UX).
7. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation: including architectural and functional designs, business requirements documents, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
8. Manage system-related controls: in accordance with reporting, audit, and control objectives.
9. Exercise sound judgment: and make independent decisions.
10. Demonstrate commitment: to core company values.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
• Experience in configuring complex requirements and driving optimization projects, such as enhancing workflows, managing integrations, and developing reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, especially revenue recognition.

Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is between $88,000 and $132,000, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity. Typically, offers are made below the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
