  • Manage all support activities and collaborate with SaaS providers on installations, upgrades, testing, outages, etc.
  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training content.
  • Maintain and optimize integrations between financial systems and core technologies like CRM, SCM, and Work Order Management/Field Services.
  • Monitor system use, compliance, and optimization.

  • Establish troubleshooting and problem-resolution practices.
  • Maintain detailed system and integration documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with finance data protocols, including SOC-2 and PII regulations.
  • Design, develop, and support dashboards for data insights.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in FinTech, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience managing ERP applications and financial data integrations; experience with Sage Intacct is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and data flows.
  • Experience implementing finance systems and training users.
  • Proficiency with APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting practices, especially transitioning companies to GAAP.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Programming experience in API development (e.g., Python, Node.js, C#) is a plus.

Skills for Success:

  • Customer-focused with broad expertise in system deployment, management, and support.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
  • Data-driven with visualization skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient.
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain technical concepts.
  • Innovative with process improvement and automation.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial systems like Ramp, ADP, JPMorgan Chase, FloQast, and Stripe is advantageous.
