Zusammenfassung

Millennium is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to act as the finance team's strategic voice on client economies and market trends. You will analyze large client portfolios, assess terms, and feed insights into cash flow outlook.

This role partners with Sales, Legal, and Operations and emphasizes strategic decision support rather than approvals. Your work will help leadership anticipate shifts affecting revenue and margins and inform account planning and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, equity or industry research, consulting, or similar.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and assess a company's financial condition and strategic position.
• Experience researching industries and markets and drawing business conclusions from them.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver a clear, concise point of view to senior leaders.
• Curiosity, sound business judgment, and comfort working independently on open-ended questions.

Aufgaben

• Build a portfolio-level view of clients' financial health using public filings, earnings calls, ratings updates, news, and data.
• Maintain a client health scorecard tracking liquidity, leverage, profitability, growth, and leadership changes.
• Assess concentration risk and identify revenue-driving clients and segments.
• Deliver regular client portfolio reviews to leadership with clear actions.
• Share insights with Credit while maintaining credit approvals within Credit.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on high-value accounts with financial-market perspective.
