Job summary

Millennium seeks a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to provide strategic financial insight across our client portfolio and markets. You will synthesize large-scale financial health, industry trends, and terms economics into recommendations for leadership.

Your role includes building client health scorecards, monitoring liquidity and profitability, and contributing to rolling cash flow forecasts. You will work with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, equity or industry research, consulting, or similar.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and assess a company's financial condition and strategic position.
• Experience researching industries and markets and drawing business conclusions from them.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver a clear, concise point of view to senior leaders.
• Curiosity, sound business judgment, and comfort working independently on open-ended questions.

Responsibilities

• Client portfolio and financial health analysis, building a portfolio-level view using filings, earnings calls, and data.
• Maintain a client health scorecard tracking liquidity, leverage, profitability, growth, and leadership changes.
• Assess concentration risk and identify drivers of revenue, margins, and growth.
• Deliver regular client portfolio reviews with clear risks, opportunities, and actions for leadership.
• Model cash flow scenarios and collaborate with accounting on forecasts and variance explanations.
• Turn complex analyses into executive-ready presentations and dashboards.
