Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Senior Treasury/Portfolio Finance professional to deliver P&L analysis and attribution, build actionable return reporting, and support decision-making across liquidity and funding. You will partner with Treasury and cross-functional teams to assess new strategies and financing policy changes.

The role requires 5+ years in related finance domains, advanced Excel and data skills, and a track record of preparing materials for Senior Management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Middle Office, Product Control, Treasury support, Portfolio Finance, or P&L analytics.
• Strong experience with P&L attribution, explanations, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Experience supporting or partnering closely with Treasury, trading desks, or financing functions.
• Strong analytical understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and balance sheet usage.
• Proven ability to translate complex trading activity into clear reporting and business analysis.
• Experience preparing high-quality materials for Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Treasury P&L analysis and attribution, including variance commentary across positions and funding activity.
• Build and enhance return reporting for deeper, actionable insights.
• Analyze bespoke investments and financing structures to assess impact on Treasury reporting, returns, and balance sheet usage.
• Develop and maintain reporting across liquidity, funding capacity, capital usage, and encumbered vs unencumbered balances.
• Partner with Treasury and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new strategies, products, and financing policy changes.
• Own senior management reporting across capital, P&L, returns, benchmarks and liquidity.
• Drive projects and process improvements across automation, dashboarding, data alignment and scalable Treasury tools.
