Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation or related area.
• Thorough knowledge of financial processes, policies and reporting systems.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly financial reports as directed by finance leadership.
• Review and verify general ledger transactions and activity for budgeting adherence.
• Resolve payroll suspense entries and perform journal entries as needed.
• Manage receivables, billings, and professional services agreements.
• Coordinate funding changes and cost transfers using UC Path/PCMA tools.
• Maintain department capital assets and perform cash handling and deposit duties.
• Provide analyses and reports for complex budgetary and resource projects.
