Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
• 3+ years in business administration, accounting, finance or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, policies, and reporting systems.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and database software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly financial reports as directed by leadership.
• Review and verify general ledger transactions using the GLV tool monthly.
• Review general ledger activity for budget adherence.
• Resolve payroll suspense entries using UC Path or journal entries.
• Manage receivables and billings for Professional Service agreements.
• Prepare one-time payments and salary cost transfers using PCMA and UC Path.
• Act as equipment custodian for department capital assets.
• Deposit department checks and manage cash journals.
• Prepare journal entries to record cash transfers as needed.
