The candidate must have extensive experience representing financial institutions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, ADR, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Significant responsibility for analyzing, organizing, and drafting pleadings (e.g., demurrers, motions to dismiss, motions to strike, discovery motions, summary judgment motions)
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience leading e-discovery and fact development, including propounding and responding to written discovery and taking and defending depositions
• Experience appearing in state and federal court for conferences, motions and other pre-trial matters
• Practice with (R)FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP
• Strategic and analytical skills addressing client challenges, legally and economically

Responsabilités
