Stinson LLP seeks an Associate Attorney with two to five years of financial services litigation experience to join our Irvine, California office. Duties include file management, motion practice, courtroom opportunities, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Active California license required.
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and handling depositions.
• Ability to manage a caseload with initiative and teamwork.
