Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, interpretation and application of financial and accounting policies.

• Working knowledge of UC business systems, encumbrances, expenditures and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial services concepts to resolve issues and develop procedures and policy recommendations.
• Review and approve financial data and transactions submitted by UCOP departments.
• Document procedures and create training materials for client departments.
• Deliver presentations, procedures, and trainings to BRC staff and client departments.
• Analyze complex issues and prepare proposals on new financial procedures or changes.
