Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEC financial reporting and bank regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SEC filings and regulatory filings.
• Perform month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations.
• Research and document technical accounting issues for compliance with GAAP.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
