Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required, MBA preferred.
8+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience.
Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial consolidations.
Experience with SAP, BPC, and Workiva (Wdesk) preferred.
Energy industry experience is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures).
Oversee monthly consolidated financial reporting and close processes.
Manage and develop a team of senior and staff accountants.
Research and resolve complex technical accounting and reporting issues under U.S. GAAP.
Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and implement reporting best practices.
Support external audits, quarterly reviews, and transaction-related reporting requirements.
Oversee reporting for joint ventures and other special projects.
