Job summary

Tangent Technologies, LLC. is seeking a seasoned accounting/finance professional to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders in Illinois.

You will lead the consolidation process and support FP&A tooling implementation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience, a CPA and/or Masters is preferred, and familiarity with ERP systems like Infor Syteline or Epicor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting/financial analysis experience.
• CPA and/or Masters degree preferred, ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly internal financial statements for business units and consolidated group.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor and external reporting.
• Create and manage weekly and monthly reports supporting department needs.
• Assist in future implementation of financial reporting consolidation / FP&A tool.
• Analyze variances, explain them with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller and Plant Controller on key tasks.
