Job summary

Equity Methods is seeking a Manager for the Financial Reporting Group to lead client engagements with finance and accounting teams at Fortune 500 companies. You will manage end‑to‑end client relationships, coach junior staff, and contribute to thought leadership while delivering precise, compliant financial reporting.

You will interface with finance, treasury, and controllership teams, applying technical accounting and economic analysis expertise to drive client success and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, financial modeling, economic analysis, or related analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in accounting and finance and the common technical tools used in financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and/or data management with analytical tools (e.g., SAS, PowerBi).
• Solid client management skills and a passion for client delight.
• Experience supervising junior staff and providing coaching/feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the firm in equity compensation‑focused financial reporting engagements with clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and the end‑to‑end client experience.
• Provide hands‑on project leadership and train junior staff.
• Deliver high‑quality advisory services to client management and executives across functions.
• Explain complex technical issues in plain English to clients and drive deliverables.
